Supreme Nomads Detailing LLC is a mobile auto detailing business in Charlotte, North Carolina. This page explains what information we collect through supremenomads.com, why we collect it, and who else sees it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.
Information you give us
If you fill in a quote request on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the vehicle you want detailed, and anything you write in the questions box. We ask for these because we cannot quote a job without knowing what car it is or how to reach you.
If you book an appointment, that booking runs through Urable, our scheduling and customer management provider. The booking form on our booking page is operated by Urable and the information you enter there goes to them directly. Payment details, where taken, are handled by Urable and never pass through this website.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It records things like which pages are viewed, roughly where in the world the visitor is, and what type of device they are on. We also record when someone taps a phone number, clicks through to the booking page, or submits a quote request, so we know which pages actually help people get in touch.
This is aggregate website analytics. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not currently run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, as essentially every web host does.
How we use your information
To reply to your quote request, to schedule and carry out work on your vehicle, to contact you about an appointment, and to keep ordinary business records. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of outside services to run the business, and your information passes through them:
- Urable — scheduling, customer records and payments.
- Google — website analytics, and our Google Business Profile where customers leave reviews.
- Netlify — website hosting and server logs.
- Sanity and Cloudinary — store the articles, reviews and photographs shown on this site.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Reviews and photographs
The reviews on our reviews page are real reviews left by customers on our Google Business Profile. We display the reviewer name, review text and any photographs exactly as the customer posted them publicly on Google. If you left us a review and would prefer it not appear on our website, email us and we will remove it from the site — though you would need to edit or delete it on Google yourself to remove it there.
Photographs in our gallery are of vehicles we have detailed. We do not publish customer names or licence plates alongside them.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we have a service history if you come back to us. Quote requests that never became jobs are kept in our customer system unless you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@supremenomads.com and we will handle it — we are a small business, so it reaches an owner directly.
You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension that blocks them. The site works normally either way.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging vehicle services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
