Add-on FAQ
Can I book an add-on on its own?+
Most add-ons pair with a detailing package, since the car needs to be clean first. A few — headlight restoration, engine bay, cabin filter — can be booked standalone. Ask when you enquire.
Why are some add-ons priced "from"?+
Pet hair, stains and paint chips vary enormously by vehicle. We give a firm price once we see photos or inspect on arrival, and we never start work without confirming it with you.
How long does ozone treatment take?+
One to two hours, and the car needs to air out afterwards. Severe smoke damage occasionally needs a second pass, which we will tell you about up front.
Will headlight restoration last?+
We finish with a UV sealant rather than just polishing, which is what separates a lasting restoration from one that yellows again in a few months. Expect a couple of years before it needs revisiting.
