Maintenance plan FAQ
Do I need a coating to buy a plan?+
Plans are designed for paint-protection clients, since the whole point is preserving a coating or film. If you have not had protection applied yet, we will quote that first and bundle the plan.
What happens if I miss a 40-day window?+
Get in touch and we will work it out — the interval keeps hydrophobics performing and warranty coverage valid, so we would rather reschedule than have you skip a wash.
Do unused washes expire?+
We confirm the exact terms at signup. In practice we hold your remaining washes and work around travel, weather and life — the intervals are a guide, not a penalty.
Is a maintenance wash the same as an Express detail?+
It is a coating-safe version. The same exterior care, but strictly pH-neutral chemistry and no wax fillers or brushes that would compromise the coating you paid for.
Can I use a plan on more than one car?+
Plans are priced per vehicle size, so they are tied to a specific car. If you have two coated vehicles, ask us about running parallel blocks.
